Valleys '33 Ford Grille is a combination of CNC machining and hours of hand crafted workmanship. The grille frame is draw filed then hand sanded. The grille bar slots are made on CNC then the tempered bars are formed and welded into place. Grille and bars are brushed finished or the option of polished bars is available. Bars are individually polished before assembly. Completely polished grilles on special order subject to availability.
CAUTION: DO NOT POLISH A BRUSHED GRILLE AS IT WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED!
